Répondia continues its expansion across France!
Today, I’m very pleased to share its rollout within the Groupe Tandem, one of the leaders in the Occitanie region, with already around twenty unique and outstanding venues.
On beach clubs, restaurants, rooftops, and even a château, Répondia will ensure no guest is left without a response, simplify front-of-house teams’ work, and drive revenue growth.

After every missed call, the guest is followed up on WhatsApp, and the booking is taken and then automatically integrated into Zenchef.
Last summer, the equipped beach clubs and restaurants all saved hundreds of bookings.
